30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and refund — whether your items are opened or unopened.
We stand behind our products and want every customer to be satisfied.
How to Start a Return
- 1.Call us at (855) 506-7714 or email support@proskinlivingproducts.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.We'll email your RMA number within 24–48 hours. You must have this number before sending anything back — returns without an RMA won't be accepted.
- 3.Email us your location and we'll send you the address of the nearest return center.
- 4.Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of your package before shipping.
- 5.We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once we receive your return, here's the typical timeline:
