We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and refund — whether your items are opened or unopened.

We stand behind our products and want every customer to be satisfied.

How to Start a Return

  1. 1.Call us at (855) 506-7714 or email support@proskinlivingproducts.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. 2.We'll email your RMA number within 24–48 hours. You must have this number before sending anything back — returns without an RMA won't be accepted.
  3. 3.Email us your location and we'll send you the address of the nearest return center.
  4. 4.Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of your package before shipping.
  5. 5.We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Important: RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Packages marked "Return to Sender" or sent without an RMA will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive your return, here's the typical timeline:

Prefer to Skip the Return?

When you call to cancel, our team may offer you a discounted price or partial refund as an alternative to returning the product.

You are never obligated to accept these offers. If you decline, you can still return your product for a full refund using the RMA process above. If you accept a discount or partial refund, you agree to waive your right to return that order.

A Note on Refund Eligibility

We reserve the right to decline refund requests from customers who repeatedly request refunds or appear to be acting in bad faith. We appreciate your understanding.
