How We Ship

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using their Ground Advantage service — a reliable, affordable ground shipping option that delivers to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military addresses.

Every shipment includes USPS Tracking® at no extra charge, so you'll always know where your package is.

Order & Delivery Timeline

Order Processing — 1 to 2 Business Days

After you place your order, we prepare and pack it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipped & In Transit

Once handed off to USPS, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery — 2 to 5 Business Days (via USPS Ground Advantage)

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days from the ship date, depending on your location.

3–7 business days from order date

Processing Days

Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)

Please note: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may take additional time beyond the standard 2–5 day window. USPS does not guarantee Ground Advantage delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with a USPS Tracking® number included at no additional cost. Here's how it works:

  1. 1. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
  2. 2. Visit usps.com and enter your tracking number in the search bar — or click the tracking link directly in your email.
  3. 3. You'll see real-time updates as your package moves through the USPS network, including when it's out for delivery and when it's been delivered.

Tracking not updating? It can take up to 24 hours after your shipment confirmation email for USPS to scan and register your package in their system. If you don't see movement after 48 hours, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot reroute packages once they are in transit

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact USPS directly and reach out to us so we can assist
